FROM THE SECRETARY...

Its that time of the year where we all have to pay our dues to the Club. You will be receiving your invoice in the mail in the coming weeks. Dues are "due" on April 1st. For the few members left who have not paid your 2019 dues yet we will include a note in your envelope letting you know that you will need to pay both 2019 and 2020 dues or we will have to drop you from the order of Elks. If you did not receive your dues notice last year please respond to this email with your name, phone number, and address.

FROM THE TRUSTEES...

March has arrived and soon spring will as well.  March is the end of the Elks year and with that comes many changes.  New officers, new friends, dues notices, St Patty’s Day fun, and a new outlook at your club.  We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding through our transition. Please continue to keep your eyes peeled to social media and emails for continued updates about the club.

March events start on Saturday, March 7th with Build a Burger from 5:30 – 7:30 pm.  Wednesday, March 11th dinner will be provided by Sharon.  Pork Loin dinner with all the fixins.  Tuesday, March 17th St. Patty’s Day Dinner and fun with your host Mr. Bill Nordholt!  Bill will be fixing a traditional meal. Wednesday, March 25th Sharon will be serving Sandwiches and Soup for dinner.

Looking forward to April, there will be a Fish Fry on Good Friday.  Saturday, April 18th we will be hosting a Murder Mystery Event and live entertainment following.

We are looking for people who are interested in being a Trustee or a House Committee member.  If you are interested in either area for the 2020 year please contact Chuck Jones at 419-606-2462 or srubigern@yahoo.com
